I recently ordered a German chocolate cake for family member’s birthday and it was outstanding! The staff was responsive, helpful, and friendly.

Amazing cookies. Coconut macaroons, tiny refrigerated creme cookies and the chocolate strawberry thumbprint were mind blowing. Best baguette in town as well.

wide variety and everything looked so good! wish they had a couple more savory pastry options but the ham croissant was fresh and delish. loved the coffee cake as well

The people were friendly and the croissant was 100% perfect!

You MUST try the ham and Gruyère croissant- it’s a m a z i n g! However, some of their other sweets really fall below par. Cinnamon rolls: frosting is exceptionally sour and a strange texture- kind of gelatinous? I recently purchased one of their $50 cakes and was quite disappointed. Like other reviewers, I found the sponge to be dry and dense. These cakes are obviously designed for longevity in the freezer and not flavor/texture. Also, they use Uline paper bags 😥. So sad to see that Batch supports that company and their abuse of immigrant visa workers.

Busy, but staff were kind and attentive.Got the PB&J cake and it was SO good! Perfectly sized layers of vanilla cake, strawberry jam, and peanut butter frosting.

Cute little shop, but I may have caught them on a bad day?
The staff member that helped me was unfortunately not very friendly and seemed to not have the time of day for me.
Three of the four items I chose were over-baked, but it was clear that if the bake time had been better that they would have been great because the flavor was definitely there!
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving so perhaps it’s just a stressful day and things were off.
LOVED the Hobart flower pot out front, it was a super cute touch!

Great baked goods. Poor customer service and no clear way for the staff to indicate who’s actually next. They just pick someone at random and don’t care how long anyone else has been waiting.
