Cinnamon rolls: frosting is exceptionally sour and a strange texture- kind of gelatinous? I recently purchased one of their $50 cakes and was quite disappointed. Like other reviewers, I found the sponge to be dry and dense. These cakes are obviously designed for longevity in the freezer and not flavor/texture. Also, they use Uline paper bags 😥. So sad to see that Batch supports that company and their abuse of immigrant visa workers.

Cute little shop, but I may have caught them on a bad day? The staff member that helped me was unfortunately not very friendly and seemed to not have the time of day for me. Three of the four items I chose were over-baked, but it was clear that if the bake time had been better that they would have been great because the flavor was definitely there! Tomorrow is Thanksgiving so perhaps it’s just a stressful day and things were off. LOVED the Hobart flower pot out front, it was a super cute touch!

I was on hunt for authentic French croissant. The only bakery that offers those is Batch Bakery. Jon others do come close to butter fluffy delicious texture of crosstalk at this amazing bakery. Fresh and so yummy. I had to have two at once. Absolutely recommend. Just look at the photos I’m attaching how wonderful everything looks and trust me the taste and the wilty won’t disappoint. The only bakery I’d recommend to shop for bakery items such as croissants 🥐. Love 💕

Their cherry desserts are amazing!! My family Stopped here for a treat at the end of a long day. My daughter loved her vanilla cookie, and I was grateful for something sweet and coffee for the drive home. Highly recommend!!
