Look no further for some outstanding BBQ in the Madison area! Without a doubt some of the best I’ve had in Wisconsin. Between the brisket and their smoked jalapeno sausage, I can’t wait to indulge in there other meats.

Beef Butter BBQ catered our October 2025 wedding (~180 guests), and we absolutely loved working with them. Our guests raved about how good the food was, even the ratatouille (vegetarian option). A number of our guests were from Texas and were adamant that the brisket was top tier. Also, our venue did not allow any open flames, even Sterno heaters, so we worked with them on non-flame-based food heating options and were able to find one that worked.
