I shouldn’t tell you about the focaccia on Saturdays because it always sells lot, but you need to try it.

So good, I went to both of their locations! I highly recommend putting in a preorder especially if you plan on stopping by on a weekend because a line forms quickly. If you're getting a deli item or a drink, they won't start making the order until you send a text letting them know you're on your way. I appreciate this method so that you receive your food fresh! The homegrown biscuit sandwich was a little salty but interesting combination of ingredients! I like the shake up from the traditional bacon egg and cheese. I got my sandwich gluten free (amazing biscuit that didn't immediately crumble and break apart in my hand) and with an egg (best choice I made that day). The raspberry almond tart/pie was a little too sweet for me, but the gluten free orange cherry scone was so good, I got it twice. Orange forward, couldn't really taste the cherry. I love that they have a dedicated display case for gluten free options just to minimize cross contamination and so that people don't have to search through all the goodies to find the gf treats.

Amazing gluten free options. Amazing bakery and assortment of baked goods. Very friendly staff.Unfortunately no seating and always a line to the door or out the door on weekends. And they charged $5 for my 2 year old to have a little bit of steamed oat milk???

They make great and tasty pastries, but i always hate going here. On the surface everyone is really nice but the space does not have good flow, there's multiple lines and no directions where to go as a customer. It would be so easy to just add signs for direction and they never do.

How is Bloom getting any less than ? As a long time celiac suffer, making my own GF goodies has been my challenge. Trust me when I say the BBS are masters! We are from Mpls and Bloom is a mandatory stop as we're here several times a year. Yes the cinnamon donuts are great, but the coffee cake and sour dough heads were fantastic! Thank you Bloom for the beautiful food and the fantastic staff hospitality. You are doing it right!

We LOVED working with Bloom for our wedding cakes. They don't do tiered cakes, so we did multiple cake rounds in multiple flavors (Pistachio Caramel, Lemon Vanilla Raspberry, and Vegan/GF Vanilla). All of them came out incredible, and our favorite was actually the Vegan Vanilla! Bloom was fairly priced, easy to work with, and made cakes we were proud to serve at our wedding. Thank you so much to the Bloom team for making our day even more special!

Bloom has all of the amazing pastries and baked goods you could think of. Their display is beautiful and the smells are tempting. I want to try everything on their menu! How cute are their pup cakes?! Today I went with a sandwich with ham, gruyere, and salted butter on a baguette. It was delicious! So fresh and flavorful. I also had to grab a donut. Also fresh and delicious! It's such a cute and welcoming neighborhood bakery. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. There is usually a line but it moves quickly and is worth the wait!

Lots of gluten-free items. They are not certified but we have had no issues with them.

This is a small bakery, with a lot of excellent products. I loved the cruffin the most. It is a nice twist on muffin, with croissant texture. Almond croissant and sweet potato donut were excellent as well. Surprisingly they have Japanese milk bread which is really soft and tastes really good. The chai latte was a good drink to have on a winter day. Morning bun was ok. Chocolate ginger snap tart was good as well. I wish the ginger had a little bit more punch though. I wanted to try their Bûche De Noël (Yule Log) which is available only during holiday season. But it got sold out / booked for the rest of the year.

I got the cardamom rasperyy vanilla cake. While the cake is gorgeous and not too sweet the frosting cake ratio is way off. Too much overly rich icing an a tiny bit of cake,I prefer it the other way big fluffy cake and light frosting. But generally everything at this bakery’s is delicious and the service is good!

amazing gluten free baked goods - I got the gluten free molasses cookie, and the barista even threw in an extra chocolate donut for me because I was being indecisive. both were very good and were indistinguishable from wheat flour desserts. my friend got the salted brown butter chocolate chip cookie and enjoyed it very much as well. very friendly workers and good selection, would visit again for sure!

Amazing gluten free and vegan pastries! They are so delicious that you can't even tell the difference. This is my go to whenever I need GFV stuff for friends with those dietary restrictions.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan products are offered. They are stored in a separate case to reduce cross contamination.Parking: If you're also making a stop at Trader Joe's then maybe you can park in their lot, wise it's street parking.
