Cold beer, delicious food, reasonable prices and friendly personable staff. It can be hard to find a good place in Madison that isn’t pretentious but this place nails it. The clam chowder was not only the best clam chowder I’ve had but the best soup, period. Almost got hired as a receptionist but didn’t quite make the cut. :) We will be back as often as we can!

I ordered baked fish, on a Friday. It was less than adequate. So zi called them. The manager was very nice and called me back in a timely fashion. He said he would give me a new fish dinner to make up for there mistake. I received that fish order last Friday night. It was absolutely delicious and a huge portion. I was given extra everything. This is how they are, asked if I needed anything else. Was concerned about me and what I wanted and needed. Thus is a great place to eat...
