Food was pretty mid and lacked flavor. But drinks were good and was a super cool atmosphere. Would only come back for drinks. I was pretty disappointed in the food

Alina was our bartender for the evening, and she truly set the tone for a great experience. Her service was outstanding—she was quick, attentive, and incredibly efficient, even during busy moments. Every cocktail she prepared was excellent, and it was honestly impressive to watch how effortlessly she handled everything behind the bar. Just watching her keep up that pace was enough to make me tired. 😂 It’s clear she really knows her craft and takes pride in what she does. We also ordered the short rib and steak tacos, and both were very good—flavorful, well-prepared, and definitely worth ordering again. Between the quality of the food and the level of professionalism and skill behind the bar, the entire experience was enjoyable from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend The Botanist to anyone looking for a place where the bartender truly understands cocktails and delivers great service to match.
