This was my first time ordering and eating this food because I wanted to try Catfish. This was great experience on the phone a gentlemen name Kyle I believe. I may have got the name wrong but he was professional, polite and detailed. He was new but made sure my order was received and a ETA when the order was finished prior to getting off the phone. When I arrived I was Pleasantly greeted by a Pretty Lady and the Gentlemen that I talked on the phone. I waited only a few minutes and the order was hot off the grill. I was pleasantly surprised with the food and will come back. I was a little disappointed that I didn't get my Kings Hawaiian roll but the main entre with the Mash & Gravy made me forget about it. I will back again. Keep up the great work!Parking: Parking in front of building.

Service has drastically gone down hill after Covid. Staff seems to overturn a lot which is probably why the service is terrible. Sunday morning staff is particularly bad, the guy with the Mohawk is wonderful though they need to clone him as he seems to be the only one that’s cares about the customers. The brunette in sweatpants is terrible, little to no interaction with customers and takes forever to even bring a water.

Ordered the smash burger and got some weird burger with pink sauce and Carmel onions. Menu doesn’t say it comes with a sauce and onions. They should put it on the menu if it comes with stuff on it besides meat and cheese. Typically the food is 5 star not today:( from the reviews it looks like they make the smash burger a few different ways and don’t tell the customers.

So I used to come here for lunch when I first moved to Madison 10 years ago.They had awards for their burgers, and they were fantastic.It's trash now...Had to of sold out. Burger was bland no sear. Beef quality was drastically different.It's now just a reg bar with food like any other.

This place is awesome, this isn't just bar food, the entire place is a great vibe. The food is AWESOME! Hit up Friday Fish Fry, you wont be disappointed, the do not skimp on portions.
Had a great Mushroom and Swiss burger with fries. Burger was cooked perfectly to my medium rare request, that's uncommon these days. I'll come back.
