Service has drastically gone down hill after Covid. Staff seems to overturn a lot which is probably why the service is terrible. Sunday morning staff is particularly bad, the guy with the Mohawk is wonderful though they need to clone him as he seems to be the only one that’s cares about the customers. The brunette in sweatpants is terrible, little to no interaction with customers and takes forever to even bring a water.
Ordered the smash burger and got some weird burger with pink sauce and Carmel onions. Menu doesn’t say it comes with a sauce and onions. They should put it on the menu if it comes with stuff on it besides meat and cheese. Typically the food is 5 star not today:( from the reviews it looks like they make the smash burger a few different ways and don’t tell the customers.

This was my first time ordering and eating this food because I wanted to try Catfish. This was great experience on the phone a gentlemen name Kyle I believe. I may have got the name wrong but he was professional, polite and detailed. He was new but made sure my order was received and a ETA when the order was finished prior to getting off the phone.
