Burger King in a rough neighborhood of Madison offers fresh food and friendly service. Despite the small and tight parking lot, the staff is attentive and joyful. The cleanliness of the place has improved, and the girls at the front are very friendly. Some minor mishaps with orders were noted, but overall, the staff provides excellent service. Accessibility might be a challenge for wheelchair users due to the entrance setup. The burgers could be warmer, but the overall experience is positive with great customer service.
