I’ll admit I was annoying by asking for extra care for a gluten free friend’s tacos, but screwing up my whole order and mean mugging me because I asked for ONLY a missing cheese cup is crazy work. It was delicious but every single item except 2 tacos on a $30 order was made wrong or missing. I just asked for a cheese cup. Empty as heck drive thru too. Do better tbell.
Today is 09/19/26 at 4pm and I really just want to shout out the employees working at this time. For a somewhat rare 5 star Taco Bell experience. They deserve some praise whatever this Taco Bell is doing is working :)
I’ve had both good and bad experiences at this Taco Bell. I’ve had situations in which the drive thru staff is extremely friendly and shout things like “Hope you’re feeling taco-rrriffic!” but have had other occurrences in which the female management berates and belittles you.
