Waited in drive thru where there were only two cars in front of me without budging for 10 min. Go inside and order and waited inside for 10 min just to cancel and get my money back. The 4 people that had ordered before had not got their food during that wait either. Hands down the slowest service ever at any fast food chain including the Dairy Queen on Cottage Grove Rd.

If I could I would give absolutely no stars. My husband went to get a urber eats order at 11:10pm tonight desided why not get a little snack. As we went to the drive thru we said we had a urber eats and a second order for ourself he asked us to repeat ourself of course which wasn't a big deal due to the fact that I used to work at a Taco bell and no for a fact sometimes mics cut out. So we repeated ourself four times and the guy on the mic start verbally abusing us. We mentioned it to whoever was at the window who was a manager and only asked for a apology form whoever was on the headset coming from fast food experience I fully understand how stressful it could be only to be lied to and said it wasn't him when it clearly was his voice and he was the only one on headset. I will be calling this store Tomorrow and asking for that managers name and contacting corporate so no other customers has to be scared to order due to abuse. ???????

Sometimes they open hours late and run out of eggs and breakfast. Lady that works at drive thru very rude won't say anything but your total. She refuses to look or speak to you.

Arrived at this location around 12:10 and the location claimed it was open until 1 AM. Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes and not a single car had their order taken. At 12:40 AM cars started advancing and we were told once we reached the place to order we were told the location was closed for the night. Do not go there for late night food! They will just make you wait to then close early! Hopefully next time there will be better communication so people don’t wait excessively.

You probably already know if you like Taco Bell food or not, but if you do this is hands down the best one in Madison. That really comes down to the service, which is consistently some of the best I've ever had at a fast food restaurant.

I don't usually come to this location just because it is too close to the Darno neighborhood. However, I came here on January 11 at 7:28 and ordered on the app, and there were 5 people working on the kitchen, and it took them a whole hour to complete my order. RIDICULOUS!I tried to cancel it, but they said they can't do anything since I ordered online.They said cancel it on the app, and I couldn't figure it out how to do the cancelation.
Love those cinnamon bites.The ones that are like cinnabon but they are bite size.Omg SOOO

Got the food & it was good but the service was slow & on the window they didn't have a time for closing but when we went around to go in for some sauce the doors were locked this was not much after 10pm. Someone open the doors & they acted & smelled like they were on or smoking something. Don't think we will be back again. We verily got the order in, it was almost like they didn't care

I have been to this Taco Bell location a few times over the past year and a half. It has gotten worse each time I visit. We had to wait to get some of our food. We wait 15 to 20 minutes to get all of our food. As we waited, the other food was getting cold. I will think twice about going here next time.
