Reason for 4 stars (almost gave 5) is the staff in this particular location, as food of course is similar across this fast food chain. People behind the counter were attentive, and joyful, which is not common in this type of joint.
Kind of in a rough neighborhood of Madison, but the staff was very nice, but I asked for chocolate ice cream in my oreo shake and got vanilla and the food wasn't the greatest. The burgers weren't very warm.Parking: It's a very small tight parking lot off of the street and really hard to get back out of because of so much traffic, plus it's on a curve on the street where it's hard to see incoming traffic on the left side because of the curve of the street and the building make...read full review

I get the feeling employees aren't paid enough and that they are cycling through new employees constantly, no one there seemed like they really knew what they were doing and it took maybe 10 minutes to get a burger and then another 10 minutes to get a shake... at least the guy at the front was
