Ordered takeout to include 2 coleslaws. Neither arrived, but the food that did come included undercooked fries and burnt chicken. This place will probably be closed in a year, especially if they fail to respond to this review (we will see).
This is an edit to my review to note that Butterbird immediately called with apologies and a refund. That is much appreciated and a good sign for the future.

Went here for a date night and have to admit it was fantastic. It was close to closing time but there was no rush from the staff and service and food was excellent. We had the papa's eggplant parm and the badger spicy chicken sandwich. Both were excellent and very large sandwiches. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Went for dinner and got the breast & wing spicy. I was informed by super friendly staff about the menu as this was my 1st time parroting the restaurant. My friend got their food before mine so I waited about 5 minutes and went to the counter to see if my order was ready. They had to get fresh chicken for me and apologized for the wait. For my trouble I was given a cookie and an extra serving of fries! Recommend definitely if you like good food and great service.

Great interior. Felt really cool, it reminded me of the tva from the Loki series. They also had great movies playing and a lot of games you could do. Good was good too, the salads were REALLY good. I got a smash burger and it was so smashed I liked it. I didn’t like the sauce that was on it but it was still bomb. Everyone else in my family got chicken and they liked it. Also the cookies were good. And there’s a nice patio in the back!

Butterbird is a next level restaurant! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and friendly service. The decor is a charming mix of rustic and modern with vintage chicken-themed decor and soft lighting that creates a cozy vibe. For food my mom got the 2 piece chicken and described how crispy and juicy they were. I got the rotisserie sandwich and let me just tell you it was so delicious! I especially loved their green garlic mayo which is made in house. All I have to say is Butterbird is definitely a place you should visit.

$12 for 3 chicken tenders... Some tenders the size of 2 chicken nuggets. No fries or anything comes with it. Terrible.
Great outdoor patio with lots of games for the younger ones. My roasted veggie salad was Superb! The fried chicken did not look appetizing to me, but my companions enjoyed it.

Tried this great place for the first time tonight with my family and it was superb! First, the customer service was top notch! From the woman we placed our order with to Danny who was so welcoming and friendly!! Secondly, the food was delish! Tried the Butterbird Classic, the smash burger and ended with soft serve ice cream with the magic shell and a huge chocolate chip cookie and everything did not disappoint! Lastly, the decor was so cool, from all the TVs to the bar to the beautiful outdoor patio! We will definitely be back!!
