Café Hollander Hilldale Reviews
So I'm first generation Belgian..met a friend there for lunch. Huge place. Standard fair that is West side overpriced. I'm pretty sure the frits are a food service frozen product. Nothing special. Won't go back. Service was good though..hate the septum ring though.
Love the charming European Grand Cafe vibes. An abundance of outdoor seating is available. Our server was very attentive and had great recommendations for drinks and food. One of the smoothest bloodys I have had. Food was absolutely delicious! What a great spot for brunch and enjoying a view of Madison.
loved the sweet potato frites cone (and kombucha) - our server had great saucy recos. went w some family to show what uw and the area is like to our own potential admit. we appreciate the new experience of sitting in that globe. our server was SO COOL N NICE n had great banter :)

The food is absolutely delicious, with every dish perfectly executed and seasoned. The service is impeccable, with attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. The only downside is the long line and significant wait, but it is worth it given the quality of the food and excellent staff. The restaurant offers a great atmosphere, with a dog-friendly patio and a laid-back vibe. Customers recommend the pretzel bites, cheese curds, toastie, tomato soup, and chicken bowl as must-try dishes.
