just had the open face chicken taco at the Deforest Fri-Yay eve food truck... with both sauces monte Verde and Mango Man Salsa! it was DELICIOUS!!! In love with Rican food as it is, but this just topped it! fresh veggies, the combination of the heat and sweet was a perfect balance.
The Mango Man is the coolest! The vegan burrito was excellent. It's hard to find good vegan options, so usually I will just settle for whatever, but the vegan burrito was amazing. All the ingredients were super tasty, especially the fried plantains and Thony's special sauces. The tortilla smelled so good and it tasted great. As I was waiting for my food, a woman in line told me that Thony makes the tortillas from scratch. Now that's a labor of love! The food was so good...read full review
