From the passed appetizers to the salad and perfectly plated entree, everything was flawless. Our guests raved about the food all night, and still do to this day. “I recently used Twisted Radish Catering for my wedding reception at the Frank Lloyd Wright Taliesin Visitor Center in Spring Green WI and they were absolutely fantastic! COMMUNICATION: I live out of state and thought it might be difficult to work remotely with a caterer, but Nicki made the whole experience easy and fun. I really felt like she took the time to make sure I was happy with everything and was always available to chat on the phone or quick to respond to my emails. GRAZING BOARDS + APPETIZERS: I was drawn to Twisted Radish by the photos on their website of their elaborate grazing boards (because appetizers are always one of my favorite parts of a wedding..), and it was so fun creating a delicious spread with Nicki's help. The end result was even better than I expected, she went out of her way to make sure everything was displayed beautifully and it all tasted amazing. DINNER: We did a plated dinner with three different main course options - Wedding Day Salmon, Herbed Tri Tip and Apple Cider Chicken. Each plate came with heirloom carrots with rosemary and orange, garlic broccoli with chili flakes, roasted fingerling potatoes, poached pear salad and sourdough dinner rolls. She even surprised us with butter boards for the rolls! Every dish tasted amazing, even better than I imagined. COFFEE AND DESSERT: Nicki set up a incredible coffee station complete with almond and oat milks in vintage carafes. I have a lot of coffee snobs in the family, and they all approved of the coffee. She also make us two homemade ice cream flavors (vanilla bean and blackberry) that were fantastic. STAFF: Everyone from Twisted Radish was so kind and extremely professional. You can tell they love what they do. I would 100% recommend Twisted Radish for any future events needing delicious and beautiful food. I feel extremely lucky they were available because I feel like we got the very best of the best!“

“Rocky is the man! We reached out to SoHo as we are an Asian/Caucasian couple, and wanted a Korean/American fusion menu for our wedding. We also always envisioned a food truck, which we saw was possible with SoHo. We reached out and were quickly put in contact with Rocky, who let us know that he was more than happy to help us realize our vision.

When I tell you the food was good, it was literally all people could talk about the entire night. From the egg rolls to the Korean beef, everything they made was a hit. Rocky was even able to prepare a meal in advance for us to eat privately before the reception while we shared our vows.

“Everyone raved about the food at our wedding! Our meal options were filet mignon (8 oz. filet with balsamic roasted cipollini onions and a blue cheese compound butter), butternut squash ravioli (with a sweet corn, cauliflower, and spinach cream sauce), and seared salmon (with a lemon beurre blanc) with the house salad. They were all delicious! We had a great experience with Catering a fresco. They communicated clearly and accommodated the addition of 2 people at our tasting without charging us. We didn’t end up needing it, but they also were open to a second tasting for the other set of parents. Haley helped guide us to an a la carte pricing model as opposed to the packages because we wanted a meal that was not included in the package. On the day of, the bartenders were very attentive to our guests and the catering staff was very friendly. Haley and her staff were very good about tracking allergies for our guests as well. Lastly, we did cake centerpieces, which was unique, and Haley and Megan handled it so well. They worked with our wedding planner and Overture to ensure the cakes were put out a late as possible so they'd look good for as long as possible (and not get melty) and then they pulled the cakes at the appropriate time and cut them for the guests. They handled these additional logistics so smoothly and it made for a great guest experience. Overall, great experience and stellar food with Catering a fresco!“

I had sauteed goat and yuca fries as the appetizer. I don’t like yuca and normally won’t eat it, but it was so good. The aioli it came with complimented it perfect. Excited to try other meals here.“
