Haley is an incredible person to work with and led all catering aspects for our wedding at the Overture Center with Catering a Fresco. Her attention to detail helped us figure out our catering contract, set up our menu tasting and ensured all guests who had dietary restrictions were cared for. Everyone raved about the food at our wedding! Our meal options were filet mignon (8 oz. filet with balsamic roasted cipollini onions and a blue cheese compound butter), butternut squash ravioli (with a sweet corn, cauliflower, and spinach cream sauce), and seared salmon (with a lemon beurre blanc) with the house salad.
