“Exceptional customer experience…and then some!

I was waiting for my son‘s athletic practice so stopped in to get some waffle fries. Wyatt took my order and was super friendly and welcoming.

While I was seated, Joyce stopped by and asked me how I was doing as well. We had a short and lovely visit. Joyce is one of the nicest people I have ever met!

Before I left, I ordered some fries and a vanilla shake to take for my son when I picked him back up from his practice. Unfortunately, when he got in the truck, the shake accidentally spilled all over and dumped into the cupholders. It was about 9:30 PM and I didn’t have any rags to clean it up.

We were still close to the restaurant so we stopped back to see if they could help. Luke went out of his way to lend me some rags and wet wipes I could use to clean it up. We were incredibly appreciative!

After we got the truck all cleaned up, I went back inside to purchase another shake. Even though it was totally our fault for spilling it, Luke insisted this shake was on the house and wished us a wonderful evening. I was blown away!

As Maya Angelou once said, people don’t always remember what you say or what you do, but they always remember the way you made them feel. I can honestly say that all of my experiences at this restaurant have continually impressed me and always made me feel like I am truly a valued customer!

“We stopped here as this is the nearest Chick-fil-a we have. We were nearby and thought it would be nice to have something we don't have often.

The one thing I really like about the food they make is that even if you get chicken tenders the batter is not very thick. Just enough to give it a little crunch. You also get waffle fries some something you don't get at other fast food places.

The visual look of the place is pretty cool and modern looking. It was clean and the staff was really friendly.

They really bring fast food to chicken and do it better than others.“
