So we came in to get breakfast, it was not packed at all. Party of 3, two of us go our drinks and when the 3rd person asked where their drink was the waitress said oh our bartender is very busy. The place was not busy at all and finally about 15 min later the waitress comes over with the drink pretty much slams it down without saying anything. Keep on waiting for our food now and our waitress will not look in our direction to see how we are doing because the person who asked where there drink was made our waitress get in a very snotty mood very unprofessional. We have been to this establishment several times and never had this experience so it was very disappointing. After waiting over a half hour for our food as others got theirs a they sat after us, we got up and told the owner we were leaving and the reason, he did apologize. He did not make us pay for our drinks either. Very sad because this place was a good place to go. The very young waitress needs to learn how to approach people and customers. Very unfortunate.

I don’t even want to think about the sheer number of bacon cheeseburgers I have eaten in this lifetime, but every single one of them takes a backseat to the CBI Burger. Perfection. Whoever cooked my burger yesterday around 5 pm is an artist. Literally the best I’ve ever had. Thank you!

Love the Come Back Inn. It's my favorite late night stop in Madison for $5 burgers and a great selection of taps and other beverages. The music inside was loud, but that was just an excuse to sit out back, great experience and we'll be back
