Two of their standard items can be made vegan - neither are vegan by default so just ask. Totally worth it, pick up some sourdough while you are there.
Had the Lumache. It was SO good.
Just walked down to their truck for the first time and it was worth braving the cold :) the mac and cheese they are serving today might just be the best I have ever tasted!
