My friends and I stopped in and had a couple of drinks, they were all phenomenal. I really enjoyed the "Rhythm Nation" and my friend had an N/A Pina Colada that she really liked as well. The bar is cozy and chill, the bartenders were kind and fast, and we had an excellent time

This place is my favorite bar in Madison. Don't let the low-key outside fool you - it's almost like a speakeasy in its understated class. They have everything from incredible unique cocktails to the $4 PBR we all know and love. It has a comfortable atmosphere and friendly, personable staff. Plus, parking along Park St is easy and free. Highly, highly recommend.

Kyle, the bartender was fantastic and a master mixologist. It was my first time there since it had been The Rustic and I was thoroughly impressed. I enjoyed the drinks and atmosphere and even invited my friend to come along, who had never been there before either. We had a great time and I highly recommend it. I’ll be back for sure!

Stumbled upon this gem on a Tuesday night and ended up making friends with the bartender and all the other folk at the bar. Our bartender was super talented and skilled, let us try new things, and laughed with everyone a lot. It has a neighborhood dive vibe but is SO classy and sexy inside—dark wood, mood lighting, gold accents and a mirror wall. I’d go dressed up or in my sweats and still feel at home. Drinks were insanely good—the mezcal drink was divine and smoky.

Focusing on a welcoming, service-first vibe, the bar tenders are all exceptionally well trained, and seem to genuinely enjoy figuring out what you like, then giving you whatever your heart desires. Unless the cocktail is batched and on tap, they'll gladly do substitutions for you (and their selection of liquor is truly worth the trouble, as they keep several different brands/flavors of every major liquor around)... The menu rotates seasonally, with a focus on affordable classic cocktails. They don't leave our N/A friends hanging, either, with a good selection of tasty concoctions for the DD. Prices are reasonable considering the upscale nature of the bevies, and the atmosphere is relaxing though somewhat dark. This isn't a bad thing, but I've been known to use my cell phone's lamp to read the menu if I'm sitting at a table, here. There is food on offer, but it's snacks only. This is a place more about socializing with lubrication than food, but it's an energizing stop on any good night out!

First time stopping in for drinks to celebrate a dear friend and colleague’s send off. Rob was professional, inviting, and genuine and the cocktails were equally fantastic. Ordering cocktails off menu was welcome which added to the overall enjoyment of the experience. Our group was the only group for the majority of our time there but by the time we left at around 9pm, the place was comfortably busy.
