Me and my partner Tony often go to Drackenbergs! It’s close to home and we are always warmly welcomed by the bartender Greg! They love our pup Valentina and have treats for dogs. The cocktails, crowd, and vibes are always on point.
To say this place is hospitable is an understatement.
The owner and his barkeep are in as good of spirits as they stock. If you want an atmosphere that reminds you of a cozy den, is filled with good cheer, and has the feel of home, then you have to spend some time here enjoying a couple of good sticks.
The neighborhood feels like home, quiet, yet busy. Close to the airport.

Amazing place. The bartender was great and the atmosphere was fantastic. The patrons are mostly locals that were kind enough to have a conversation with this out of towner. Will go back there again. This is part of why I love coming to Madison.
