Dunkin' Donuts in Madison

“Make sure you check your order very carefully when you get it, I don't think that I have ever had a fully accurate order from this location, it is almost always a missing item, which isn't great when you are picking up for a group. Go to Starbucks or McDonald's instead, way less of a headache.

When I noted an issue with my order on the app, they did not immediately offer me a refund for the item missing from my order, but I get to wait 2 business days for help?

Edited to include they resolved my issue, so I am giving them 4 stars, because the interior is very nice and clean, and the staff are helpful.“

“Guys I love this location. I’m for sure a regular there (lol) and everyone is so nice and chill. I bring my dog through the drive thru often and get a pup cup (it’s $1 & corporate sets pricing I assume? Quit being weird & complaining about the location/pricing).“

“The restaurant will still lit up the drive-thru reader board was lit up I blew a couple times and then pulled up to the drive through wonder got a young lady's attention and she said we're technically closed what my cash register is still open let me ask my manager I said would you please get him for me I was on my way to the hospital and I wanted to get my wife her favorite beverage a frozen coffee mocha five shots of raspberry two shots of espresso The manager which I regret I didn't get his name and African American gentlemen probably around 30 years old super polite Said no problem I got you and made the drink exactly like she wanted it she was very happy I want to send a big poodles out to the location on Park Street in Madison Wisconsin thank you all for taking care of me so that I could deliver my wife's favorite beverage to her why she recovers in the hospital from heart surgery And because I was the last customer of the day he said that one's on me and wished my wife well outstanding customer service I'll definitely be back thank you all again to the whole team and again I regret I did not get the manager's name but you did it outstanding service and I really appreciate you“
