“The manager and staff here are great. We had an order go wrong at another location that is currently under managememt reconstruction. There were just a few lost kids scrambling around the kitchen area, and the drinks tasted really bad and nothing like we ordered. Instead of returning to the same location, I called Dunkin Donuts on 11th street. They were super nice about everything, and made us delicious drinks! I rarely write reviews, but you all definitely deserve five stars! Thank you.“
“Thai place can get very busy in volume and I don’t feel like the store staffs the employees up for success . Anytime I come when they are busy , the staff is working so hard they just don’t have enough help . They do a good job though especially the afternoon people“
“Close to home and the kids love getting drinks and donuts when they can. You can get egg bites if you are looking for low carb or keto options.
Avoid the drive thru on the mornings of you're in a hurry. It gets crazy and you will sit in a long line for awhile. Better off going in and picking it up.
Since I'm only here when the kids want to go I park and let them go in.“
“I used the location on Halsted at least 3x a week. I LOVE that they don't accept cash payments. The line keeps moving and the workers remain safer without cash. Downloading the app definitely makes a huge difference in the amount of time it takes to get through the line.
Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating location. I have restrictions on dairy and meat. They are usually kind enough to pay attention to special requests.“
“We went through the drive through and headed back home. We didn't take our first sips until we got home to realize the drink they made us was wrong. After finishing what we needed to at home, we went back with our drinks to let them know it was wrong. They apologized and made our drinks correctly right away. There was no one in lobby so we stayed drinking our lattes and watching Jeopardy on TV.
The reason I'm giving this experience a favorable rating is because we all make mistakes. It's how you respond to it that makes the difference. They were polite, friendly and apologized right away.“
