I took a chance and stopped at a different location, the Dunkin in McHenry off of 120, to see if they would correct it and they did! I will be back to this location if I'm in the area! “This is my go to Dunkin! They make my iced latte so perfect and I have never received a watered down drink here. I pass many Dunkin’s on my way to work and still choose to go out a little bit of a way just to stop here. These ladies know what they are doing and they always have a smile on their face.“
