Dunkin' Donuts in Waukegan

“Family decided to go to Dunkin after church. Originally we went to the Dunkin closer to our house that is on N. Lewis. Customer service was horrible there so we left and came to this one. We were greeted when we came in, and the food was delicious. I only put three stars for service because the lady that attended us was slow. Physically slow. So slow that my daughter who is 11 was saying watching her was like she was in slow motion. Like, her movements were very slow, so that you kinda understand what I'm mean. I'm not sure if she is maybe developmentally delayed, and if she is,she was amazing. Or maybe she didn't have coffee yet. Not sure. It's like it took her a moment to register what was being said. At any rate, other than that, (and that wasn't that bad, really) definitely 5 stars for the rest.“

“I wish I could give 5, but one thing made my stomach turn. A donut and a medium signature latte with almond milk is the same price as getting a drink at Starbucks. I should be able to differentiate the taste between regular milk and almond milk, but you can't. The thing that made my stomach turn was the 3 gallons of milk in a milk carton unrefrigerated. This was a few days ago, but still puts a bad taste in my mouth knowing that“

“I had ordered some Dunkin before my shift and when I checked my bag ? before leaving I noticed a mistake was done. My order was inaccurate. I let employer that I had received the wrong item. I was still charged difference. I was in rush but felt disappointed for being charged for a mistake.I get a email/call from manager after I told them that I had an error happen to my order. The manager had told me that they'll fix and help me out with a coupon as a courtesy for their mistake.I appreciate that the staff went above and beyond after the incident to fix the issue. The croissant with egg ? and sausage was amazing to enjoy. Way better than Starbucks for sure!Employees need to double check order or say out loud what is inside because if a customer leaves and notices they got the wrong item. It is dreadful to drive ? back.
