Me and my boyfriend ordered two iced chai lattes with less ice because they told us we couldnt get no ice in one, thats fine but they purposely put MORE ice into one because my boyfriend said something about getting no ice previously. I understand being frustrated at a customer for making a stink about something you have 0 control over, i mean I work at culvers right here in waukegan too I understand, but even so we still do our job and not be petty over a small comment. No matter the time of day I’m waiting in a very long line at the drive thru. Doesn’t matter if there’s several cars ahead of me or just one. Seems to be an error in efficiency with the staff
