“I went in today to order coffee I normally don't drink dunkin doughnuts coffee very often. I saw they had new flavors. I went in to order frozen mint chip chocolate frozen coffee and I got the cookie dough one and it's really good. Not complaining for the wrong coffee but Definitely going to get it again.“
“I had stopped going to Dunkin’ Donuts however my wife wanted to try their refreshers, the cashier KAI (employee) was super friendly and helpful, she made a delicious drink, I ended up going back after few weeks for the same drink. She made it perfect. I believe quality customer service makes a huge difference. If they mess up your drink go back and complain atleast try to give them a chance to correct their mistake.“
“Very nice employees! Always smiling, i never have to wait, owner very nice, notices when i havent been around for awhile! VIP treatment all the time! Orders are always fresh and made perfectly. And there's a cute skeleton they decorate by the drive thru! Makes your morning! 😁“
