“We came in at 9pm so a little bit before they closed and there was one person working the whole store!!! But regardless she was managing everything with ease. I appreciate her time to get my order and ability to attend everyone who was coming in. Julissa also put me on the new tropical guava refresher which was so good. The vibes were immaculate too🤩“

“I visit this Dunkin’ location often on weekdays, afternoons, and weekends. The manager is always sweet, helpful, and kind, which is why I feel comfortable sharing this feedback.

However, I’ve had multiple negative experiences with the older morning employee. During my most recent visit, she closed the window rudely and had a very bad attitude. This has happened more than once.

I never see her working on weekends, and I’ve never had this issue during weekend visits. I hope this can be addressed to improve the customer experience.“
