Waited 30 mins for my sandwich over lunch today. Like why? The crazy thing was the girls working were in no rush at all. Like I was an intruder annoying them. Noone cared about anything. They chatted and laughed and threw orders on the tables like they are the only ones with jobs.

I visit this place almost every day for lunch due to it is next door. It is always a pleasure buying lunch there as the staff makes you feel welcomed and is very nice food is a good price and is very tasty. I would recommend this place to family, friends and anyone else

They do not follow proper food safety guidelines. My husband and I were there on a Saturday afternoon and noticed how several employees were playing with/petting a dog that another employee brought in. No issues if this was outside, but this was inside the restaurant right behind the counter where the food was being prepared. This is a huge food safety violation. Also, not sure if this was related, but I got really sick maybe four hours after eating here. I would greatly appreciate if the staff got a more thorough training on food safety protocols. To me, things like this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I probably won’t be back.

They don't know how to make a sandwich that is on their menu. I ordered the thanksgiving turkey club sandwich and nobody had a clue on how to make the stuffing.
I had to order a different sandwich from the one I wanted because they didn't know how to do their job.

This was absolutely the WORST experience I have had at a Firehouse Subs. I came in with my family to grab 2 sandwiches, simple enough, right? WRONG. I waited over 25 minutes for those sandwiches! During that time, the employees were talking away with each other in SPANISH the whole time, barely even paying attention to orders. They just took their sweet time, like they had NO sense of urgency whatsoever. It wasn’t even busy! They finally made my sandwiches, and instead of calling out my name or saying my order was ready, they just put it off to the side.

I had to go up and ask, “Is this my order?” and the girl working there just looked at me, rolled her eyes, and practically THREW the bag at me with attitude. If that wasn't enough, an older lady in line next to me told me she could understand some Spanish and that the employees were talking ABOUT me! Something negative too. I’m sorry, but that is just rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

I won’t be coming back to this location, and honestly I feel like something needs to be done about this rude and lazy staff. Train your employees to be respectful, work efficiently.
