We always get excellent service from outstanding Firehouse staff. Our food is always fresh and delicious. The staff at the Mineral Point Road is always courteous and friendly! Just picked up my order and how foolish of me to assume it was all in the bag. Well it wasn’t of course. This location had a track record of not fulfilling the orders properly. The sub was prepared wrong and a smaller size than I ordered and no chips in the bag as usual. This had my name on the receipt taped to the bag and it’s the right sandwich. Wrong size and not prepared with no lettuce like I asked. I’ll have to stop coming here yet again. So tired of wasting money on wrong orders

Sent me advertisement of buy one get one half off. I ordered thinking when it came to checking out the discount would come off. It did not. When contacting them about it, they said my store did not participate in that offer. We'll when I click the link to participate in that offer and on my store, they should let me know that otherwise I would not have ordered. Guess I won't be trusting their advertising or participating in their promotions. Back to Subway it is!

Food was decent. Kinda shocked though when two people cost $32 dollars.

We have ordered from them consistently and the orders are consistently wrong. This last time (tonight), they argued with my wife instead of apologizing (and the receipt clearly showed the sandwich wrong).

Well FireHouse, you have lost a customer, including my work.
