Terrible dine in experience! Average food. They don't honor, what they offer or promise. No coordination between manager and owner. Owner who seems to be chef have no basic courtesy and professionalism. I would give zero star, if there is option to do that. I would not recommend anyone to go in this restaurant. Bunch of liars!

Based on the reviews, Royal Indian Cuisine is a fantastic local spot with excellent food and service. The food is hot, fresh, and tastes good, with a large menu that includes great options for vegans and people that are celiac/gluten free. Guests have ordered a ton of different apps and smaller plates with no duds. The restaurant offers the cheapest prices and respects spice tolerance. The atmosphere is amazing, kept clean with a simple elegance. The service is excellent, with a friendly and accommodating server and the kindest, sweetest woman. Parking is a little bit tight sometimes, but it is wheelchair accessible with handicap parking right in front. It is great value for the amount of food, and leftovers are enjoyed the next day. This is a must try in Madison.
