Wanted to mention an experience we had with the Chili's in Wyomissing PA. We had a party of 7, 5 adults and 2 very young children. Great staff, seated quickly, ordered quickly. Then a medical emergency happened in the back to a young woman which resulted in our food being dropped. Manager Dan came out and apologized and told us what happened. The night became less about food and more about the young woman being fine. She was checked out - ambulance called, etc. and got treatment....read full review
I was shocked that Chili’s was this good. I don’t remember it being so delish. I had the Santa Fe burger and the guacamole on the burger was such a good pairing. Hearty portions. The fries were cooked well and “meaty.” The southwest egg rolls were totally worth it as an appetizer. The witchy margarita was also great! $6 for a buzz pretty solid
Came by for lunch with my husband and our son. Food and service by all was amazing! Food was brought out to us quickly and was hot!. The spooky season drinks were delicious. But definitely wanted to let you know of the superb job that was done by our waiter Anthony! He is always attentive, goes above and beyond, he is energetic, he just really puts you in a great mood.
