I’m at Fortrea Madison facility, Gaylord is the provider of the food. We are getting this and I can prove it.

Served undercooked chicken, then 2nd time on same day served raw chicken. I have pics to show. Nasty slimy watermelon, cold fish sandwiches, expired milk.

We had Gaylord Catering for our 50th Anniversary party on August 18th …. A few days ago. The event was scheduled for 1-4 in the afternoon. At 1230 they had yet to arrive. I finally found a number and connected to a real person. He apologized profusely but said he was notified just 2 hrs prior that he had but 2 people to put this together. He thought he would be 15 min. late…. He did not come until 1:30! And he delivered by himself …. Also said he was not happy with how this was being done for our party. As they supplied the tables covers, our guest had to help us decorate the tables! The linens were supposed to be white…. We got black The food was pretty much thrown on the table then he had to leave… our guests helped to arrange the food in an orderly fashion. None of this looked like the picture you see on this FB page…. All plastic containers, had to unwrap the napkins ourselves. The hamburger sliders were not mini burgers but slabs of cooked gr. beef that did not even look appetizing. No condiments, either. Spoons and extra paper supplies were in a box on the floor as there was no one there to help out. We had only small foaming plates…. Nothing larger. There is a big problem with this company and we had no communication to say there were any concerns. Do not use them for your event.

We had a bad experience with Gaylord at a special event at our Sun Prairie UMC. They were late, food was wrongly apportioned and 250 people sat waiting to eat. They agreed in writing to give us a partial refund, and now are refusing. They are not being honorable people.

We had a mixed experience at our home event. Arranging the catering went well. They were flexible and accommodating. The delivery was late by about 30 minutes. The caprese skewers were excellent. The fruit plate was very good. The turkey meatballs were poor…dry, odd tasting and seemingly frozen to begin with. The mushrooms (stuffed) were very good. Chicken tacos were poor-lousy tortillas, no condiments, chicken was mediocre tasting. Waffle chicken sandwiches were really aweful. Frozen chicken on frozen or maybe fresh waffles with lame syrup—waste of money and cold…all the food was cold. The cheeseburger sliders actually were decent. At the end the hardware left at our house sat for a few days in our driveway. They should have collected sooner. Mediocrity does not lead to repeat customers. If a future in catering is desired there is need for significant improvements.

Don’t do catering through this company! We can tell they don’t use a timer or monitor their food. It’s either over cooked or undercooked! Waffles are hard& tasteless, ? crust is raw,not baked,rice crispy treats don’t have any marshmallows or taste,lasagna tastes like chef boyardi instead of using marinara sauce, they put lettuce & mayo on wraps & sandwiches instead of on the side & it makes the food soggy! The roast beef is cooked to death, so dry! The fish sandwiches they serve are nasty & old!

They cater for Fortrea in Madison. Claims to have improved since being called on carpet a month ago. I can say it has not gotten better. Soups are served with no liquid in them. Pancakes are hard as rock. Milk is delivered and it is sour. Fish sandwiches are gray thin things. Oranges are delivered here and they are green. Food is not proper temperature when delivered. Breaksticks are just pieces of dough. I couldn't imagine what their real catering would be like. Save yourself time, money and aggravation and DON'T USE THEM.

Great food and service.

I have been privy to their cooking for several weeks straight as they cater to Fortrea [previously Labcorp]. Simply put I wouldn't feed this swill to my dog. The food is improperly prepared or prepared with extreme negligence. Pasta is undercooked, still hard and crunchy, rice overcooked and with raw rice thrown into it making a may mess completely unacceptable. Chicken is uncooked or with raw centers. Something they call fish that is certainly anything but and definitely non-edible. Fruit is either mush, rotten, or just plain bad. Don't use this company.

They cater to LabCorp now under a new name ..the place does clinical studies so the food is ordered by the people conducting the study witch means the food must be blan at best (hospital food )but green beans are under cooked every time salads have bad tomatoes in them spaghetti is watery because they don't drain it properly fish sandwich is over cooked to something uneatable they served spoiled milk because they don't keep there temperature correct bread on subs is often hard or sogy very poor job ..that's being polite I would feed my dog this food

Gaylord Catering was amazing to work with for our wedding and the food was spectacular!!

These guys completely ruined the dining experience at a wedding I attended over the fall. Would not recommend unless you’re looking to get scammed on your wedding day

Favorite place for food and catering!

Gaylord Catering provided the meal and desserts for my wedding. They did an absolutely fantastic job! My guests were raving how good the meal was. I was the bride and I didn't even get to try the desserts they went so fast! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants high quality food and excellent service.
