Staff working were extremely RUDE. One big girl freaked out over a kids runny nose and the one girl working said “so gross” when the 4year old was wiping her nose. Highly upsetting. Did not get a receipt but honestly was a waste of money anyways. Don’t recommend.

Decided to stop by while in the area and boy oh boy, talk about highway robbery. $21 for a box of 4 average cupcakes. Definitely not worth the money!! You can find somewhere better to go.

Pretty disappointed with my last purchase from here. I got around 20 macarons and the inconsistency between each of them was unacceptable. There is no reason a local shop in Madison should be charging Ladurée level prices per macarons (almost $3 each) with such a lack of quality control. The pistachio macarons were almost cookie like in texture and you could see discoloration in the dough from being overcooked. The rest of the macarons varied in consistency and amount of filling.

I order a cake from GiGis for my daughter's 13th birthday and she loved it!! Not only was the cake amd frosting delicious but it was how my daughter wanted it. We got good complements from our family.

Ordered online and paid for order. Online stated the order would not be ready for an hour, so we waiting around before heading to the store. Arrived and walked into an empty store. Stated we had an online order to pick up. Girl working the counter said she didn't have any online orders. She then looked and said it didn't print. She said they were also out of several cupcakes we had already ordered and paid for online. So we didn't even get 2 that family members had requested. Since this was for a birthday we just kept the order. However, won't be back. Crumbl is WAY better anyway.
I got a birthday cake for my daughter and the whole process and communication from the girls at Gigi’s was amazing. The cake exceeded our expectations, it was beautiful and the taste was amazing. Will definitely be using them for future cake orders.

The fact I cant give this place 100 stars is a crime. I walked past and saw they had gf cupcakes. I havent ever seen gf cupcakes anywhere. And for no upcharge. They tasted just like a real cupcake. Honestly finding this place has made my entire month! Thank you for baking GF!!!!
