Glass Nickel Pizza Co. - Madison West

The Thai Pie tasted like a store bought peanut butter like Jiff’s. Was really hoping for a homemade sauce for over $20 a pizza. The salad dressings also came in a sauce packet. The Alfredo chicken pizza had NO flavor. The last time we came it was great so we were very disappointed. The pizzas were both cold too, we only live 7 minutes away and arrived on time. The total was higher when we got to the store too…. $63 for two mediocre pizzas we don’t want to finish, a salad, and breadsticks. Would not recommend, or come again!

Great place to look for pizza if you're looking for takeout or delivery. The location itself is very cozy but a little small for dining in.

The food itself is great. The amount of customization options is wonderful and the spicy marinara is for sure the way to go. They also stock some local ice cream pints if you're looking for a sweet treat.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Haven't tried delivery service yet but I always look forward to pick up because I know I'll be seeing a smiling face.

My wife and I traveled to Madison this week and were looking for a good pizza to have delivered to our hotel. As someone who travels a lot and is a HUGE pizza person. I can honestly say this pizza was great, which is really tough to say for a pizza that’s been delivered. A healthy amount of cheese, tasty sauce, well cooked pizza with great crust. This was better than any chain options we could have chosen. Our family will support Glass Nickel the next time we’re in Madison! Great pizza!

Feels way too salty!

I wouldn’t consider this restaurant a sit-down restaurant, it was obviously made to be more of a takeout restaurant but they were very kind and accommodating, even admitting that dine in wasn’t the most popular option. It was delicious, portions are large, pictured is a medium Hawaiian-Pie-O pizza which was larger than we expected. My group members were also shocked by how massive the salads were! They pack a large in a small box. It was a pleasure to visit here and I would highly recommend.

Great quick counter service- two pizzas and pasta ready in 15mins. Santa Fe and Diablo Pollo were a hit!

Shame on you for closing the dining area to the public! The severity and required restrictions of the pandemic that struck on 2020 is long over and dine-in should be allowed like it is in 99+% of Madison's restaurants including the other Glass Nickel's.

Showed up to get my pizza on time and paid when I walked in the door. Was told my pizza wasn't quite ready so I took a seat. A little while later they came out and sent 2 of our pizzas with the wrong person and had to remake them. In the mean time, I heard them on the phone with the woman who they gave my pizza to and they voided per payment, let her keep the pizza and offered to deliver her order to her. I got a $10 off coupon for my next order and the pleasure of waiting in their lobby to remake the two pizzas they gave away by mistake. It's good food, but that's not good customer service. This is also unfortunately becoming a common issue for them. We have received wrong pizzas multiple times before.

I had a fairly large order and placed it within an hour of needing it. The staff was very accommodating and were working so hard to get our order done as quickly as possible while having several other large orders they were working on at the same time. Thank you so much for getting our order out so quickly! We'll be back for sure!

Another wonderful delivery from Glass Nickel. Always fast, hot and beyond delicious. I highly recommend the Portabella Lugosi, Thai Pie, Cheddy Muenster and Santa Fe pizzas!

Amazing pizza and cheese bread! Shared a Caesar salad and it was fine. Cheese bread was very thick and tasty. Pizza was half bacon cheeseburger minus onion and half pepperoni. It was yummy!! Wish there was more pepperoni. Overall we would make this a regular meal if we lived near.

We were in Madison for the IPMS Model Convention last weekend. All the walking and greeting friends wore us plum out. My sweetie thought ordering a pizza seemed like a good supper after such a day, rather than dining out.

Our Best Western Suites had Glass Nickel Pizza in our local attractions folder. I had my doubts about "Chicky-Chicky, Parm-Parm" pizza. We ordered such with bacon added. When in Madison, do like the Madisonians do!

The delivery arrived handily inside the promised time frame, the driver was courteous, and Chicky-Chicky, Parm-Parm with bacon pizza was plentiful, hot and an exquisite taste treat! Our was a 14" medium size and it was PLENTY! 5 Stars Glass Nickel! Well done, indeed!
