Management is Rude would not replace uncooked pizza. He said, he was just filling in because of spring break. Bad attitude, horrible experience, not impressed. He suggested call the owner. The next day for what a refund will be disputing this charge with Visa. I’ve never been so disappointed with an establishment in my life. see photos below that’s not cheese uncooked dough .

I didn't go in so cannot rate or comment on the atmosphere. The delivery came quickly (under 40 minutes from order). The online ordering system was easy to use. The delivery driver was great!As for the food. The jalapeno poppers were nicely cooked but are similar to the frozen ones available in many stores. The pizza I ordered (Cardiac Arrest) had a tasty sauce, and pretty good toppings, along with lots of cheese. The crust had some chewiness to it which was nice. I would say the pizza was similar to a bar pie and I would say competes with Domino's, Pizza Hut, Papa John's and similar. The toppings might be better than it's conpetitors in that list but the pie was quite greasy which diminished my experience a bit. The value is pretty good. I'd give the food a 3.5 star and rounded it up due to the price being reasonable.

I just tried the pizza of the month Nickel Pickle. Pickles on pizza sounded so strange, but yet I wanted to try it. Loved it! Thank you GNP for coming up with unique pizza toppings. This is why I love getting pizza from you and GNP will forever be my favorite pizza place in the Madison area.

I don't know what has happened to this place over the last few months, but I would not recommend ordering from here. First off, delivery times have gone WAY up. As for our last four pizzas/orders, the crust has been soggy and the cheese isn't even warm upon delivery. Isn't it best practice to use a warming/insulated transport bag? Also, they should note that if you order anything extra for your pasta dishes, those ingredients will be RAW. Thank you SO much for the raw onion, garlic, and mushrooms for the spaghetti. This place gets a long-awaited time out for us. Save your wasted money and choose a better restuarant.

Please install a bot system for Friday nights especially. Employees seemed pretty stressed about working on Friday nights. That will alleviate a lot of problems and Garner more $$$$ for YOU!! Good luck

Better than Ian's but they do not give accurate wait times, I don't care if things are going to take a while just please provide an accurate time estimate. Last time it was 40 minutes late for a pickup.
Be careful. Glass Nickel charges $3.50 for delivery but does not disclose that among prices on the website. It is just added in after you order.

I’m really angry - normally the pizza is good at this location - I go out of my way to come here but last night Saturday 11/25/23. The crew was not the people I normally see. I normally get pizza here during the week - anyway these were all different people-I ordered a large sausage and pepperoni and I left a tip- I usually leave a $10 tip but I did $5 this time anyway when I got it home that pizza was obviously an old one that they just threw back in the oven.The cheese and the crust were all overcooked the cheese was like a reddish color. It wasn’t like fresh Cheese it had taken on the oils from the pepperoni and obviously had just been sitting and it taste terrible- it was very tough -On top of that I got diarrhea a few hours after eating it - I’m really mad $30 bucks for an old pizza that made me sick it- I didn’t think glass nickel would do something like this, especially that West location-I have half a mind to collect it out of the garbage and take it back to the store and ask for my money back.
