I used to like this place, but this is the second time they messed up my order. I usually just pick it up so I don’t notice till I get home. Last time they forgot to add the aoli for the red potatoes that I got so I was charged for the side that I didn’t receive. This time they gave me cheesy hash brown bites when I ordered red potatoes, and no one answered the phone when I called to let them know both times. Their prices are a little too high for them to be making these casual mistakes so I won’t be going back again. For example, a vanilla latte there will cost you six dollars but it’s only 16 ounces when you can go down the street and get a 20 ounce one for less.

Just had my coffee refunded for an online order. I sat for 25 minutes and watched 5 people come in, order, and get their drink before me. Why does this company insist on having one barista at their urban locations? Had my Dripos account queued for deletion so I’m not tempted to order again when I’m no longer mad.

Lovely place, the employees are accommodating and pleasant. Coffee is good. Great pastry selection and it’s sometimes hard to find that in the Madison area. However nothing has prices on it. I’m reluctant to order if I don’t know what I’m paying and I don’t want to pester employees. The minimum tip option when you pay is 18% and I end up not tipping because there’s a line and I don’t carry cash. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Trying to decide if I’ll be back.

Very cute place! Atmosphere was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed their food and coffee. Ordered white chocolate mocha and a cold brew. Bagel with lox, and Chorizo tacos. Was delish!!

My boyfriend and I visited this coffee shop on our drive through Madison and we were both really happy with our service! The barista was so nice and the food was amazing, would definitely visit again!

they have so many options even beyond the bakery selection! the scones were delicious & the coffee is good!! we sat outside since our dog was with us but the inside looks/felt very comforting & peaceful. The staff was so friendly & welcoming! so glad we picked this place to start our morning!
