Hot Pot 608 was a fantastic introduction to the world of hot pot dining. If you're new to the concept, like me, don't worry! The staff was incredibly helpful. My server patiently explained the whole process, from broth options to selecting ingredients.

4.5/5 fantastic hot pot restaurant. The quality of the meat and food here is surprisingly really good. It is $31 per person for dinner, all you can eat, but be aware they may charge you if you have lots of leftover food (to cut down on waste). All their broth is pork based, but for non-pork eater, they make the broth water based. The quality of the broth was really good and was super tasty. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for quality hot pot!

I’ve never been to a hot pot before, didn’t even know we have one in Madison, but got am I glad this was brought to my attention today!
Stopped by for all you can eat dinner and was not disappointed! I’ll be back next time I’m down town for sure, love making the food myself!
