Just wanted to shout out JBC. I had no clue we had such an amazing roaster so close to where I live. Picked up a couple of the African region beans, and have been absolutely loving the coffee. Funny that I didn't realize they had an Aeropress recipe on the website, and it literally mirrors the one I have been doing for 10 years. The only difference being I add some hot water to the cup at the same time as the brew, and add an extra 1g of grounds to compensate for the extra...
No store to walk thru. Call ahead or order online. They are very fast with processing orders (size dependent). I was able to talk tona few of the employees, they are very nice and extremely knowlwdgable. They are constantly switching blends in and out, so be sure to check regularly.
Owners are very passionate about coffee. The cupping class was very educational, and I learned a lot about the process from farm to cup. The tasting was educational as well in how to taste and score the product.
