I just had the best experience at KFC Cottage Grove road! My family just Went there for 16pc family meal at 12pc also...Ashley & Ethan Were awesome They had My order done Quick it was fresh Hot and I was not missing anything I ordered which is Great....You guys rock and to do that in the middle of lunch Makes me so happy Knowing I can come here and Get great service you guys rock!!!!!! This is why We only come to this location Perfectly cooked and 5min wait You can't beat that!

This KFC is atrocious. They don't honor the online combos (which can be picked up there), don't know what they are even when you show it to them, and place orders before even asking all the relevant questions for the order (like, hey what kind of chicken sandwich do you want). Absolutely terrible, next time I'll go out of my way for the west side KFC.

Every time I come to this location they forget something. I got a 8 piece original and got 2 pieces in there that was crispy (Which I never order that) and they forgot my gravy for my mashed potatoes.. I can understand once in awhile but every time is crazy!!

The app didn’t update the closest KFC and ordered at the wrong location. Immediately called and had the ordered canceled verbally over the phone before they began to prepare the food. Building says they can’t refund but the app doesn’t give it as an option, the support number goes to a disconnected number and the AI assistant bot they have just tells you the current status of the order.
my food had mold on it on the bread of my sandwiches....took forever to get someone to come and speak to me regarding the situation seemed like i was a inconvenience to bring it to someone's attention manager seemed to have an attitude when i brought the moldy bread to his attention.

Mine was a Uber delivery. 6piece bucket meal with 2 large sides 4 biscuits. The whole meal was very fresh lg portions and still warm when l receive it on the northside of Madison. Complete with plates plastic ware napkins. Very pleased and used every discount l could with Uber eats and the deal was on. Driver followed directions he was pleasant also Zein? Excuse me if l screwed your name up.
I had a bad experience at Fish Hatchery KFC in regards to original recipe and this location erased that bad experience. I have gotten original recipe three times here and they have all been good. I’ve been eating KFC since the 1960s and it’s been consistent at most locations. Thanks for getting original recipe right!!!!
