Went to pick my partners order up and even though it went through & said ready THEY WERE OUT OF CHICKEN !! How is KFC out of chicken?? I said well send him a refund & they said no. Luckily customer service did.

I just bought the new apple pie poppers from this location less than 15 minutes ago and they were horrible. Barely any filling in them and they were rock hard. Not at all what I expected considering other folks reviews via social media. I called the restaurant about three times and no one would pick up to answer my call. What a waste of money! They close in an hour so there’s no reason to not be answering customer calls.

Why are the lights on the outside of the building constantly turned off?! Tonight was told they are broken. They have been out at least a solid year! Guess they don't want business!

Online order was canceled by KFC. I didn't see the cancled message until 15 minutes before I was to pick it up. The staff was extremely helpful (as it wasn't canceled on their part). The nicely put together my large order right away, and my order was ready on time. Thank You.

The second time in 30 days I’ve made it to this location by 7:30 and they were already closed. Website says 8 and the same is posted on the front door ?. Culver’s serves up delicious dinner too so don’t waist your time if it’s past dinner

Update: after 12 years, I thought I'd give it another shot. I mean it is the closest fast food to my house. The food was absolutely inedible, so I went back to get new food, and the new food was inedible as well. The chicken was disgusting, the gravy was watered down, the biscuits were hard, the only thing that was edible was the mashed potatoes but you couldn't put gravy on them so just plain mashed potatoes. Spent $35 on food we mostly threw away. I feel ripped off. Learned my lesson and will not be back, even after another 12 years passes.12 years ago I wrote the following: "Took 30 min in the drive thru for ONE MEAL! Never again."
Dont Waste your time!!!! They are not even open at 12oclock when the sign says they open at 11am....if you look thru the windows the workers are either sitting down or not visible ? so i think corporate might have to step in ? and ive heard they never open on

For one thing the drive-thru is closed and is holding a note saying how they can't get employees to work there but at the price they're charging for a chicken that should be able to get employees dressed in tuxedos and tutus. And then lucky my voice-to-text thing keeps stopping real quickly because I could sit here for an half an hour complaining about their environment that they have going on in there with some jackass in there talking to the other jackass about putting him to work and their kin conversation was much more important than our order we were trying to place which wound up costing like $45 Jesus Christ we could have paid for one of those guys to work there the whole damn day and have the drive-thru open damn it I'm done now because this damn voice-to-text thing but I might be back
