Super fast drive-through pickup if you order ahead with the KFC App. Lots of deals in the app as well. I tried the Korean BBQ Boneless Wings and they were really, really good and a good portion size too.The KFC Chicken Sandwich rivals any of the competitor fast food restaurants. It has a nice chicken breast breaded with classic KFC coating. Delicious!

This place is so terrible. The tables were all sticky. Food still all over the tables. The person who was helping us was so rude. He looked like he didn’t want to be there/ take our order. Had a terrible attitude. While waiting for the food there was yelling in the kitchen. The atmosphere was so terrible. The fountain was leaking everywhere and I looked at the guy to say goodbye but he gave me a judgmental look. Definitely not coming back here again.

I just wasted over $50 at this establishment. I ordered original chicken. The chicken was dark and hard. You could tell it was old.The biscuits were hard and dry. The mashed potatoes had no flavor. Mac & cheese has no flavor. The coleslaw was the only thing that was good.The brownies were so hard and dry. It was ridiculous. I ate some of the chicken and the sides because I hadn’t eaten all day but all the rest went in the garbage.What a waste of my money, I will never eat at the stupid restaurant again, the manager is always the same guy - he’s a nice polite person but you shouldn’t serve people this type of garbage.Over 50 bucks is a lot of money and if I hadn’t been so tired and hungry I would’ve turned back around but who wants to get home and then have to go all the way back out to get their money back. I won’t make this mistake again.

Probably the worse experience ever at a fast food restaurant.It was completely dead and when we walked in, nobody attended to us. I saw they were in the kitchen on their phones so made a comment then they turned around and “attended” to us with the worst attitude. We had never been to this location (and won’t again of course) and she was rude after every word.Then we got the food, my sandwich had like 8 pickles on it ??‍♀️? and when asking for a sauce (we got two meals with nuggets and one sauce to split) we were told in the future we have to pay for “extra sauce” by a male manager.Then the girls went to the back and were trash talking customers. I get it that this is cheap fast food but at least have decency for the people willing to eat here and contribute towards your job ? 0/10

They made me pay extra because I didn't want the wings, and they gave me the normal one with up to 4 wings. I asked for sauce and the very arrogant Venezuelan told me that there isn't any. I stopped going because the place has terrible customer service. Maybe the owner doesn't care about his business or doesn't know about his terrible employees.

This location is one of Madison's Best. They are quick and the food is good. The language berrier is a bit odd. But once they understand your need, they fulfill it. The food could have been hotter, it was warm at best. The soda area was messy and needed attention. Other than that it was a good experience and they are really trying to accommodate their customers.

The hot and spicy wings were so yummy and free delivery on Thursdays . What sucked is the attitude of the people who work there. I get it, working fast food sucks . But you knew that when you took the job. But you can't treat every customer like the last jerk you just had. I was using the app mainly to shop . That allows for very little contact. And the attitude was still there. The workers there think they are doing the customer a favor by taking our money. This is a long standing problem at this Westside KFC. This time I sent my concerns to the website and they fixed by refunding $10.00. Wow I would have been happier to hear they delayed opening for 4 hours and help a customer service training session. And address employee concerns. Maybe this KFC franchise isn't treating the employees well which they pass along to customers! A $10.00 refund isn't the fix.
