A few things we don't see enough, business establishment or not. The drinks?? B-B-B-BUSSIN BABY, ATMOSPHERE?? a-a-a-AMAZING.Thank you for being one of the best Madison has to offer ??Don't believe me?? Try the rosehip with nothing OR ANYTHING and tell me it didn't change ur mind.

Fantastic Bobba Tea. My go-to is the Taro Milk Tea- it is such a treat. It is conveniently located on the very popular State Street so it's a great stop when you're shopping, walking the Farmer's market or coming from the University.Don't let the outside deter you, the inside of the shop is very clean and the atmosphere is cozy. The workers are always very prompt and provide excellent customer service.I absolutely love the customer wall of post-it notes. When I'm waiting for my order, I love to read what people have written.Given that it is on State Street, this shop is best visited on foot. Parking is very competitive and difficult to find- especially on the weekends. I suggest parking in a paid structure or finding street parking several blocks away if you are able.The store is wheelchair accessible and the entire menu is vegetarian and there are vegan friendly options as well.I don't go very often- usually only when I have a coupon because it is more expensive but it's totally worth it.

The staff were very nice and a joy to interact with and oh my goodness the tea was amazing. It was my first time going to a legit bubble tea shop and will definitely become one of my regular stops when visiting Madison.

My order got mixed up from what I had originally ordered, which is a normal mistake ofc, but after I politely told them they said they couldn't remake it because "the drinks are made to order." Like bruh aren't all cafe drinks made to order. So then I paid $7 for a cup of milk :/

We waited 20 minutes for 2 simple teas. When I asked why people that placed their after us are being served. I was told “Oh yes. we are working on your order. We’ll have that right up.”Then the same person asked me what my order was. Once we were finally served, a complained about the time it took Ava was told. Oh yea, that sucks, have a nice day.” NEVER again. Terrible customer service.?

I have visited here multiple times and I have always enjoyed what I have ordered. There is a very wide variety on the menu to choose from and the employees are friendly. You can also order to-go if you want boba on a time-crunch.
