Fantastic Bobba Tea. My go-to is the Taro Milk Tea- it is such a treat. It is conveniently located on the very popular State Street so it's a great stop when you're shopping, walking the Farmer's market or coming from the University.Don't let the outside deter you, the inside of the shop is very clean and the atmosphere is cozy. The staff were very nice and a joy to interact with and oh my goodness the tea was amazing. It was my first time going to a legit bubble tea shop and will definitely become one of my regular stops when visiting Madison.
