We used to go here for company dinners. The vibes were always great and the service was wonderful, especially for larger groups. This place has just Received new ownership and wow, if I can give them 10 stars, I would! They go above and beyond to make sure you come back!

Hello! Me and a group of ladies came in this evening to dine in. The server was trash, she was not engaged at all. When it was time to pay she snatched 1 of the ladies in our group card out of her hand. I asked for sour cream, once I noticed it was watery I gave it to someone else in my group. She brought the bills to the table & I noticed the 0.65 cent charge for the sour cream. I asked a Simple question and she gave an attitude. Before leaving I saw her giving me a nasty look & talking negatively about me to another worker. I asked was there a problem & of course she just looked. I was disappointed in the service & seeing that I was charged a fee to pay with my card after being charged a gratuity fee. And my food was not the greatest. We drove over an hour, I think this business just lost me as a customer! By the way we sat at table 19 & I believe the server name was MESA! SHE WAS HORRIBLE. I spent almost 35.00 dollars on chimichangas, such a waste!

Terrible experience! Food was average, drinks were undrinkable, and service was a disaster — they lost our order twice. Place was dirty, bathrooms gross, even the soap was watered down. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Got in late from out of town and La Hacienda was one of the few taco joints still open. We got take out, which could have skewed some of our experience since the tacos were kind of soggy by the time we got back to our place, but the food was alright.
I got the caldo de pollo, which I actually enjoyed. It’s light, but flavorful. The rice was okay, but nothing special. Partner got ground beef tacos, chorizo tacos, and lengua tacos. The chorizo was his favorite of the 3–lots of flavor, but the rest were just okay.
Service was good though. The person who rung us up was really nice and pleasant. Wait wasn’t terrible considering we walked in for last minute take out. It’s definitely popping on a Friday night though. Even at like 12:30pm, it was packed and pretty loud to be honest.
Overall, not bad if you’re just craving some of the food on their menu. It’s nice that they’re open until 2 on Fridays and have plenty of seating.

Me and my family orderd their bug family platters twice the first time it was cine the food was great seasoned and cooked well then this 2nd time me and my whole family got food poisoning we all were very sick and we had to unfortunately take my little sister to the hospital because of this… my family and us used to eat there all the time it was a lovley placeto be great atmosphere great food but now it has seriously went down hill unfortunately me and my family will not be going back after this

Big restaurant with good parking and a lot of tables. Food and drinks were delicious. Waiter was very friendly and attentive. Food came out fast and hot. It was nice to have the chef come by to check on us and other tables asking if the food was good. We had a great experience. Will definitely be back!
