I recently visited Le C’s and ordered a strawberry milk latte, a drink I’ve had many times before. Unfortunately, this time, the strawberry component had a slightly fizzy, off-putting taste that was noticeably different from my previous experiences.
I let the staff know and asked if I could order a different drink. They offered to remake the same drink using whole milk instead of oat, even though I didn’t believe the milk was the issue. What was most frustrating, however, was that when the manager got involved, I was simply told the drink was “supposed to be that way” without any further explanation. No alternative drink or refund was offered, and ultimately I ended up having to throw it away.
I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer service in this situation. Rather than addressing my concern or offering a reasonable solution, the response felt dismissive.

Le C's Patisserie & Tea House offers a selection of pastries made with natural ingredients, free of additives and preservatives—a refreshing commitment to quality. The transparency about the ingredients, confirmed by the knowledgeable and friendly cashier, is commendable.
While the prices are slightly higher, they reflect the use of natural ingredients, which is understandable. However, some of the pastries fell short in execution. The dough was undercooked at the bottom, and the filling was sparse compared to the amount of dough.
This spot is ideal for bread lovers who appreciate simple, natural flavors but may not satisfy those seeking expertly crafted pastries.

Super rude service. I ordered a 30% sugar tea, but they ignored my request and gave me a 100% sugar version instead. When I asked about it, a man rudely told me they couldn’t make it with 30% sugar—which is simply not true. I’ve had plenty of bubble tea, and I know they can adjust the sugar level. Instead of admitting their mistake, he just lied. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

My first time stopping here from all reviews. Yes! I love taro toast. It’s not too sweet at all. I ordered pomelo mango sago. It’s beautiful presentation bottle and colorful and also testy ( I ordered 50% sweet). I wished they opened more location!! I would suggested La crosse location has 3 colleges. Opens more!
I went to Le C’s for a student org’s fundraiser and the drinks are very yummy and the employees are super creative with the mystery drinks.

Love Le C's. It is the place to go to for boba in Madison. My personal favorites are the Intensive Yakults but they have so many options, from matcha to brown sugar boba! Highly recommend!
Le C is definitely my go-to spot for Boba on campus! I love the variety of drinks and toppings they have. I love trying all the menu items and they are constantly expanding their menu as well. My favorites so far are definitely the sakura lychee drink, the white peach oolong latte, and the coconut sticky rice mochi drink!
