not only amazing food, but amazing kind and attentive staff who went above and beyond. they were super friendly and sweet the entire time. i had a health issue occur in the middle of dinner (nothing to do with the food!!!) and all the staff came to check in on me, see if i was okay, and even gave me extra water, honey, and milk without me asking to help with what i was going through. they were so kind and caring without being invasive in any way and this made the biggest difference....read full review

Apex Grill is an all-you-can-eat, self-grill Korean BBQ restaurant located on State Street in Madison. The food is solid and decent, with a good variety of meats and side dishes. The Apex galbi, bulgogi, chicken bulgogi, and pancake selection are all good. Ordering is done table-side via an easy-to-use QR code system, and the food is brought out quickly. The staff is not overly friendly but not rude. For the price, it is worth the money and a nice place to get KBBQ with friends. It is a solid recommend, but you should come hungry.
