Order at the counter is a bit different - but service has always been nice and the food is great. BLT is just, amazing.

The exterior belies a cozy unique inside with walls lined with old books that you can read. The food is always excellent here! I have had their seared ahi tuna sandwich, with wasabi mayo, a few times and it is always delicious. Excellent crispy hot fries! Good cheese curds too!Parking: There is no immediate parking around the restaurant. You will need to park quite a distance and walk there.Kid-friendliness: Lots of college kids. Nothing of interest for younger children.

After a great victory by the Badger Women's Volleyball team during the NCAA playoffs we stopped in on our way to our car for a celebratory drink. It wasn't too busy for a Saturday night but it took a long time to get the bartender's attention to order the drinks. Not much you could do wrong with pouring beers. The space is OK for a campus bar - not as divey as some but nothing special. Good location close to the sports facilities and the engineering campus.

I always have a great burger, and their fries are always hot and crispy. I can never decide between making them angry or Cajun, but either way is great. In the dozen times I've eaten here, I haven't received a bad meal of service. Also - the pricing on the food is great!

Hot cocoa was delish, had the cauliflower burger and was surprised by how tasty it was! Simple concept, but great. Atmosphere was very fun, reminded me of being in college.

Unacceptably slow. After 40 minutes waiting they hadn't started even cooking my order. So I had to cancel. And they weren't even that busy. Most tables were empty.

Great food, service and vibes. Odd location but it's part of its quirks. Lots of grad students

I really wanted to love this place because I love small businesses and hole-in-the-wall eats, but the quality of the food was abysmal and absolutely unacceptable for a $50 3-person lunch. The mocha was unpalatable, the worst I have ever had. It tasted like Folgers black coffee. I could only tolerate a few sips of my $5 mocha which really hurts any grad student's energy and their wallet! I'm in disbelief that they call themselves a cafe with drinks like this. Then, the food. The "best ever" turkey sandwich was oddly lukewarm. I still don't know if it was supposed to be hot or cold, but I highly recommend picking one because room temp was unappetizing. My s/o's burger was small and burnt black.I find it a disgrace that they could charge so much for low-grade dog food. Go to QQs, Subway, Union South, even Badger Market before trying this place.

The best place to grab a bite or a drink on the west side of campus - infinitely better than the UW options and incredibly convenient for the engineering departments. Staff is always friendly and the vibe is always fun. Midday during the week, it's also a cozy spot to get a cup of coffee.

Quaint little corner spot. Great place to stop for a drink on the way to Camp Randal or Union South. I only wish it was less out of the way.
