Also, terrible service. I walked in, intending on dining-in, and even said I'm dining in. To which you said nothing. So then I asked for a menu and just ordered to go.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Placed an online order and AFTER paying it said my food was going to be delivered the NEXT day which is not what I wanted nor did I select. Tried calling them about the issue and as soon as I said I have a issue with a order she hung up.

I don’t know what’s going on with customer service but it’s non-existent nowadays. Well, I ordered 4 tacos for take-out. Extra cilantro extra onion extra lime. I like flavor lol. Well they came plain. Only meat. I called atleast 10 times. No answer. I assumed they were busy because of the weekend. Not at all. I drove all the way back. Only one person in the entire store. I come in and no one comes to the counter for another few minutes. When this young lady does, I politely tell her the inconvenience. I ask could she remake the food because it’s been almost a hour now. She says she doesn’t think so and takes it to the back. I’m pretty sure she put it in the microwave and put the toppings on and gave it back to me and walked away. Again no limes. I get home and taste it. Just know I will never ever go back to this place. Not recommended.

This is my all time favorite place in Madison to get Mexican food. As a law student, this place was so clutch when I was either drinking too much with my friends at a 'bar' review session OR I was up late studying and wanted to munch on some beautifully delicious birria tacos. Their food tastes very authentic and flavorful, I cannot get enough! I cannot speak much to anything outside of their Birria and rice/beans as well as chips and guac as that is pretty much all I get EVERY TIME. And I suggest you do the same!

Food took forever. All I ordered was chips and queso and that took like 30 mins and when I got it it was room temp(one could even say cold). My friend ordered drinks for the table and that also took forever we had to remind them.

They are very rude and impatient. There is a huge language Barrier and they don’t try and take the time to figure out the order correctly. I’ve been hung up on many times and all I wanted was sour cream on my tacos. They thought I was making an order directly and because they couldn’t understand I had already placed the order online I just didn’t have an option to add sour cream so I called. As a restaurant this customer service was absolutely terrible
I came with my family, 10/10 service, food and place. The best chicken tostada, and tacos I have ever eaten. We received our food in 10 minutes - fast and very friendly. 100% recommended.
