This is the second time I’ve ordered from los gemelos through door dash and the second time I’ve had a missing item. Food is good but not very happy about this happening twice especially when you order on your lunch break and only have a certain time to eat. I don’t know who’s to blame here or door dash but please do better. I’m very upset and it’s frustrating please do better

Be weary of placing an online order. Just placed one and when we got there to pick up they weren't open. They were making repairs in the restaurant tho. They still charged my card, so I will have to go through the headache of disputing the charge.

Probably the best/most authentic california-style mexican restaurant in Madison. Great food and portion sizes for a decent price—beats chipotle/Qdoba any day of the week. The burritos are good and as large as your forearm, but I would recommend the enchiladas or steak.

I normally dont eat here but the time we chose to, we all got food poisoning. Horrible stomach aches that made us sick the entire following day. Very disappointed in the food. I ordered a carne asada burrito and tacos. Won't be going here ever again.

We popped in on a Friday night. An employee helped us understand the ordering and payment counter system and someone brought us chips and salsa and sauces. Our food was tasty and the avocado portions generous as a bonus. The staff was friendly. We’ll be back to try other menu items.
