The lamb and beef were great, the cheesy pork bland. Sides and salads were delicious.
The salad bar options were amazing. There was so much to choose from. If you are vegetarian you can just get the salad bar and you'll have plenty to eat and be very full. The grilled pinapple with cinnamon was also wonderful.
Dress for the upscale environment. The restaurant is all you can eat. Be prepared to meander around the salad bar to get a variety of salads, grains, vegetables, nuts, and fruit. Many of these items pair deliciously with the variety of grilled meats offered.
Depending on what cut of meat you get off the skewer, you may need some salsa or chili for added flavor or moisture.
