One of the best selections of tap beer in Madison. They also have great cocktails. The pizzas that can be ordered and delivered to the bar from Falvo Brothers next-door are some of the best in Madison in my opinion. The interior is old school to dive bar, but I always have a good time there.

I love the Mason, been going there for years. Love how basically nothing has changed, always great beer on tap, liquor selection and you have the option to order food from Falbos and enjoy it with an amazing beer that has been carefully catered. Everytime I have a chance to go out and enjoy a relaxing and refreshing experience I go to the Mason, shout out to Matt!

Very cool hole in the wall spot. Vintage curio decor. A classic neighborhood watering hole with many, many beer and cocktail options. No food, but there's Falbo Bros pizza next door and you're welcome to bring your own food/order in. Their patio is a great little secret.

I don’t recommend. I visited out of town with my wife. The atmosphere was drab and sad. There were five customers in this small bar, and after we sat down, the bartender never looked up at us. We sat there talking for five minutes with the BT 12 ft. away, he never acknowledged us, and we didn’t feel welcome, so we left.
